Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a mixed experience overall. The rooms had a strong cigarette smoke smell but were comfortable and modern with a lovely ocean view. The service was a letdown, but the location was perfect for seaside lovers. The dining was a highlight, offering a variety of choices.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were top-notch, clean, and modern, with a large balcony offering a stunning ocean view. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was superb, ideal for beach lovers and those looking for great amenities nearby. The dining was satisfactory, but there were better food options elsewhere. The facilities provided added convenience to the stay.
The hotel offers a fabulous experience with rooms featuring a terrace that was perfect for enjoying the views. However, the lack of ambiance in the rooms could be improved. The location is ideal for beach lovers but be cautious about additional charges. The dining experience is decent but could benefit from more variety.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant surprises and slight letdowns. The room felt like a palace, breakfast was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly polite and caring. However, the initial room view didn't meet expectations, and some areas felt lacking compared to what was paid for at the Boscolo.
Staying at this hotel felt like being in a room of a palace with its nice, clean, and very large rooms. Although overlooking the side street, it was quiet, and we both slept well. The service was delightful and very helpful, with excellent English spoken by all. The location was convenient, with a roof terrace and breakfast that was good within a 15-minute walk of the train station. The dining experience was exceptional with fast and very nice breakfast staff and a great selection of food. The facilities were top-notch throughout our stay.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms, although quite old furnished and modest, were kept very clean. I did expect something nicer for my wedding anniversary, but they were still comfortable. The service was warm, friendly, and professional, with Jean Luca at reception being particularly pleasant and helpful. The location was ideal for attending the Viareggio Carnevale and being close to restaurants along the seafront. The dining experience was amazing, and the facilities were well-maintained.
